T​his site serves as a repository for researchers to share effective tools with practitioners.  Educational science "discovers" many effective practices that are not picked up and marketed by companies but, nevertheless, are useful.  To be maximally useful, some tools found here will benefit from some organizing and packaging to fit the routines of a classroom or school.  For example,  KENALA is a strong assessment system for kindergarten that could be arranged in a binder or two with copies so that, when needed, users can quickly find what they need and conduct an assessment.  

This site is supported by iSTEEP, a publisher of research backed screening and progress monitoring tools for MTSS.

The tools published here retain all the rights and copyright of the producer.  The tools may be used by educational professionals in their own schools without charge.  They may not be sold or distributed in any way.  The interventions and tools presented while meeting certain requirements are to be used within the context of professional judgement, professional decision-making, and ongoing monitoring.  They are an adjunct to professional practice and should be used in combination with a rigorous analysis of alternative strategies and, in the case of intervention, ongoing progress monitoring. Downloading or review of the tools means that you agree to these terms.
